AVH Van Rental Cleaning and Maintenance Procedures

1. Prior to your rental, your van will be washed on the outside, vacuumed on the inside, and windows cleaned.

2. All frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected. Including doors, door handles, steering wheel, parking brake, dashboard, switches/knobs/buttons/controls, cupholders, seats, headrests, seatbelts, side panels, and floors. Vans will receive additional bacteria, virus,
allergen, and odor removal treatment as needed.

3. 3. Fluids will be checked and refilled if necessary. All 12-15 passenger vans require DEF
(Diesel Exhaust Fluid), which will be filled prior to your rental. Please note: if you are going on a long trip, it is possible that the van may require DEF to be added. The DEF warning light looks similar to the following image:

4. Vehicles are maintained at local Mercedes-Benz Service Centers.

5. Please return vehicle at the same fuel level as at the start of the rental or select the prepaid refuel option.

6. If you will be traveling with a pet, please select the pet fee option to cover additional cleaning, hair removal, allergen, and odor removal.

7. Please select the prepaid cleaning option or return the van with the inside in the condition you received it. Dispose of trash, food, clean spills, excessive dirt, sand, or mud residue. Please notify us of the location any incidents or accidents that require special cleaning and sanitizing.
